With over 15 years experience in the management of property, Kate Smith has worked for private estates and national surveyors. Drawing from this expertise, the opportunity was taken in 2004 to set up a company initially specialising in Asbestos Surveys. 

Kate Smith is a Member of the RICS and  holds BOHS P402 and RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Inspection Procedures.
